Days. It was named Poncho For Days because the original was woven with very fine wool, so
it felt like it took days to weave a noticeable amount. It took 2 years to complete.
The weaving is meant to capture the essence of the summer storms as you travel across
Navajo land. The design colors and elements were chosen by Tyler to convey this feeling.
The original has won many ribbons in categories Best of Class & Innovation. (Gallup
Intertribal, Heard Indian Market & Sante Fe Indian Market SWAIA).
The machine made rug is named Umber on the website. A lot of care was taken into
capturing color and character on the machine made rug.”
